An Aromatherapist is a trained professional educated in the art and science of Aromatherapy. In the United States anyone can call themselves an Aromatherapist. Essential Oils are a highly concentrated liquid extracted (usually distilled) from plant parts (barks, flowers, fruits, grasses, leaves, resins, rind, roots, seeds, stems). This liquid (not really an "oil") holds the true essence of the plant it was extracted from and usually contains more than a hundred (sometimes thousands) different therapeutic components. These components are responsible for the healing effect on our bodies.
There are over 300 different essential oils currently being used by aromatherapists. Some of the most commonly used essential oils are Lavender, Chamomile, Peppermint and Orange. Essential oils may be used individually, or blended for a synergistic effect.

I started SRBBB with a basket of soaps and scrubs that I sold in the teacher's lounge when I was teaching. With the encouragement of friends, family and customers, over the years, I have gradually added more and more products.
I opened my first online store in 2001. I continue to sell in my own online store as well as five online sites for hand crafted items. I also sell locally at farmer's markets, craft shows and art fairs. My products can be found in yoga studios, gift shops, day spas, hair salons, holistic medical and dermatologist's offices.
As my children have grown older, and we have encountered skin issues like eczema and acne, my research into these areas and has also grown.
As I have grown older, my products have grown up too. I now offer a variety of natural aromatherapy skin care products for anti-aging. These are my favorite products to research and formulate.

My products are 100% natural. That means every single ingredient is from nature. No man-made chemicals, fragrance oils or preservatives. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Most of my ingredients are Vegan. I do offer a few products that contain cow's &/or goat's milk, beeswax and honey. These products are clearly marked.
All of my ingredients are certified organic, organically grown or wild crafted & unsprayed.
Every single essential oil I use is intelligently selected. I have been trained in the chemistry of essential oils and choose essential oils for there therapeutic benefits.
I purchase only 100% pure, undiluted, therapeutic, and organically grown oils from trusted aromatherapists who import their oils straight from the distillers. When possible, I import straight from the distiller myself.
